What we are.
Flex Warehouse Park is a Northwind Investment Group-backed real estate platform focused on the acquisition, development, improvement and operation of small-bay industrial properties.
We concentrate on industrial buildings divided into units of roughly 1,000 to 5,000 square feet — the functional, right-sized space that contractors, trades, distributors, e-commerce operators and light manufacturers depend on to run their businesses.
It is an operating business as much as an investment strategy. Small-bay industrial is management-intensive by nature, and we regard that intensity as the source of the advantage rather than a cost to be engineered away.
